I write funny books full of heart. You might know my award-winning story, The Boy Who Made Everyone Laugh, and yes, making readers laugh is kind of my favourite thing (I also quite like it if they have a little cry too!)
My books are read all over the world, but wherever they end up, my aim is always the same: to create stories packed with humour, big-hearted characters, and moments young readers can truly relate to.
I’ve also written a you-choose-what-happens-next series—so you’re not just reading the story, you’re part of it!
When I’m not writing, I’m championing children’s reading and writing. That’s why I created Mind Wanderers, a gift and subscription service designed to spark imagination and encourage young minds to read, write, and create.
